Visit with my brothe Colin Miller (Coco)

I am ashamed to say I have never been to visit my brother in Missouri.  It took him getting cancer for me to get on the move.  It was so much fun for both of us to remember all the good times when we were younger.  I have lots of videos of him, just being him.

I was so fasincated with this plant.  This is Coco's whole yard.  I thought it was so pretty and it felt so good on his feet.

Thanksgiving 2012

One of the things I love the most about the holidays  besides my family getting together is the decorating part.  Probably no one notices but I do and I love to make the tables pretty and anything I can add a little color to.
This Thanksgiving we had everyone there except for Radell and Davinn's family.  That is probably going to be the norm now though.  None the less we miss his presence.

Rachel was a sweetheart and make these for us.  They added so much to the tables.  Thank you Rachel.

Tenaya is always such a big helper when it comes to the holidays and the decorating part.  This year I really needed her because of my bum knee.  She did a great job.

Besides being grateful for all we have, Thanksgiving is for sure about eating lots and lots of food.  It was all so yummy!!

When a couple of us got together to plan Thanksgiving, Shellece said she wanted to do something different for a change.  This is her 'Change' and we all loved it.  I don't think any of us really realized though how much time it took it make 35 of these.  Thanks Shellece!!!

Every Thanksgiving we play the candy bar game.  Starting last year we do two groups now the children under 11 and then the 'adults.  Kunane supervised this group and they had a blast.

THE ADULTS!!!!

Channing was assigned the candy this year and he really outdone himself.  We had so much candy, actuallty we all agreed that we even had too much.

Pies, pies and more pies.  We still had pies in two fridges.  This year I think everyone made pies but Des made the most by far.
